Baan Tawan Gai Yang by Sassafras
The grilled chicken here is amazing and the tom sap (herbal, spicy pork soup) is some of the best I have ever had. Fun and vibrant atmosphere, always busy with locals, Japanese expats, and the occasional farang. Barbecued and fried whole fishes also come highly recommended. I give it 5 coconuts!

Above Eleven by Sassafras
Just checked out this place for the first time. Didn't try the food but just had a few drinks, which were EXPENSIVE. You're paying for the view though, and it really is amazing. Never seen Bangkok from that angle and height before. For the view alone I will give it four coconuts. Question: Why do they have Astroturf in the elevator and around the bathroom though?
